 Moving up through the fields of Psychology, Eastern Philosophy, Crisis Intervention, Trauma Stewardship, Birth Work and Plant Medicine, I have been blessed to support more than a few challenging journeys over the last fifteen years. Paired with my own work, life has been pregnant with wisdom, and It brings me great joy to keep it flowing forward. My work assists people in returning to their truest selves, recovering their deepest wisdom and fullest power. 

Harder than going through something challenging, is going through something challenging alone. Integrating the ego is inexplicably hard, and dazzling work. The journey back home to ourselves is always the toughest one. We need support, and encouragement to keep moving when we think we've lost the way. Come find communion with other folks who are on the same journey. Hear their stories, and share your own.  We need each other for the work to work. 

Part work-shop, part playground, part town hall, groups are dynamic, and responsive to what shows up for us. Bring your confusion and your frustration, or your downright despair,  or your celebrations and your joy. The empty space is waiting to be filled by you!  Life comes in waves, and whatever stage of transformation you happen to be in, you will find support here, and you will almost always leave feeling better than you arrived.
